Technological Advantages
In extrusion lines, the cornerstone of dimensional stability is the absolute synchronization between the haul-off unit and the overall line speed. EMTECH technology integrates advanced control algorithms with high-traction mechanical components, effectively eliminating material deformation even in the most delicate products.
Belt width and jaw length options are configured entirely specific to you, according to the capacity of your production line and the contact surface requirement of the product. This flexibility prevents deformation by optimizing the unit pressure on the product.
The ability to adjust the height of the lower and upper jaws independently of each other allows the machine to rapidly adapt to different line centers and product diameters. Thanks to the pneumatic cylinder-controlled upper jaw movement, an adjustable pressure force is applied, preventing crushing in delicate pipes and profiles.
To prevent the product from deviating from its axis at the machine inlet and outlet, professional guide rollers with both width and height adjustment capabilities are utilized. This ensures that hoses and profiles of different diameters are always maintained in the correct position between the haul-off jaws.
In the belts that determine the hauling performance, original Linatex-coated Poly-V belts with a high friction coefficient are used. This special structure guarantees maximum traction and slip-free pulling without damaging the product, even on wet or slippery surfaces.
With encoder integration providing precise length measurement, hose length can be tracked with millimeter precision. Counter adjustment and reset features offered via the HMI panel facilitate production tracking.
For operator safety, the machine chassis has been completely enclosed and secured. With PILZ RFID door safety switches, emergency stop, and emergency stop reset buttons, the system provides the safest working environment within international norms (CE, EU/US standards).
