The optional 3-axis positioning system enables millimeter-precision alignment between the machine and the main crosshead. This feature significantly reduces setup time while enhancing overall production quality.
Space-saving vertical or horizontal placement options ensure a flawless physical fit into existing production lines. The mobile chassis structure enables easy relocation of the machine between different lines.
Equipped with a smart PLC system featuring an advanced data communication infrastructure, the co-extruders synchronize with the main line speed within milliseconds and fully adapt to start-stop scenarios across the entire line.
Despite its compact design, the high-torque motor-gearbox assembly and custom-designed screw geometry guarantee a smooth surface finish, particularly in striping and coating applications.
