Superior Crush Resistance & Continuous Form
Our PVC spiral reinforced hose line technologies deliver high efficiency and quality standards in industrial vacuum and transfer applications. Guided by this vision, EMTECH develops next-generation engineering solutions for the manufacturing of spiral suction and discharge hoses—ideal for agricultural irrigation, industrial fluid transfer, and heavy-duty vacuum/pressure applications. Combining a rigid PVC helix with a flexible PVC wall simultaneously through superior thermal bonding, our specialized co-extrusion die and forming technology imparts both high vacuum resistance and exceptional flexibility to the hoses. Guaranteeing a smooth inner surface, this system ensures uninterrupted production speeds and dimensional stability for hoses operating under harsh field conditions.
Moving beyond standard machinery supply, we develop engineering projects fully integrated with your facility’s existing production infrastructure. Our objective is not merely to build a line, but to accelerate your return on investment by providing technical consultancy on precise formulations, optimum die geometry, and ideal processing parameters. From installation to field testing and long-term capacity expansions, our technical team stands behind you at every stage.
Technological Advantages
EMTECH spiral hose lines are designed with innovative co-extrusion equipment to deliver the precision and durability required by heavy-duty applications. This advanced technology infrastructure brings uninterrupted speed, maximum energy efficiency, and product quality well beyond standard industry benchmarks to your production process.
The flexible PVC wall material and the rigid PVC spiral reinforcement are merged while molten within a specially designed single co-extrusion head. The perfect thermal fusion of these two materials with different viscosities inside the same die completely prevents any risk of interlayer separation (delamination), forming a high-pressure resistant, homogeneous structure.
Designed to go beyond the limits of standard spiral hose lines, our custom screw-barrel geometry and powerful motor drives achieve significantly higher, more efficient extrusion speeds compared to conventional systems. This performance boost maximizes your facility’s daily production capacity without making any compromises on final product quality, such as crush resistance and form.
To enhance your production flexibility, we design our calibration systems fully custom to your project, rather than relying on standard stock units. Engineered to match any targeted hose diameter and specific spiral pitch flawlessly, our calibration units deliver perfect dimensional stability even under the most demanding specifications.
To achieve full synchronization across the entire line, the complete control architecture is centralized within a single “Master Panel.” Rather than navigating complex control boards, operators can manage line speed, thermal parameters, and spiral synchronization from this single screen with millisecond response times.
To enhance line efficiency, particularly in the mass production of small-diameter spiral hoses, fully integrated automatic cutting systems and roller conveyor transport/stacker units can be incorporated into the line. These optional automation modules deliver significant labor savings throughout the manufacturing process.
